Paper Submission

If your abstract is accepted, you will be given the opportunity to submit a short conference paper (no more than 10 pages) on your work. If successful, this will be published electronically as part of the SCOR 2012 Proceedings which will be available in the Dagstuhl OpenAccess Series in Informatics (OASIcs). Paper submissions will undergo a selection process based on refereeing by the Committee.

The hard deadline for submission is:

4th April 2012

Please use the following template file provided by the OASIcs Series (WinRAR archive) for your paper. You must not change the general layout defined in the template and only submissions generated using this LaTeX template will be considered.

The Proceedings will be administered using the online program ‘EasyChair’. Please ensure you follow the steps below to submit your paper.

1. Paper Submission

  • If your abstract is accepted you will be provided with a link to follow which will take you to the submission website. If you do not currently have an account, you will need to create one with ‘EasyChair’.
  • Click on ‘New Submission’ to upload and send your paper (pdf-files only).

2. Submission of Revised Paper

  • One month after the submission deadline you will receive a report detailing the review of your paper. At this stage your paper may be rejected. If your paper is not rejected any revisions detailed in the report will need to be addressed.
  • You should then re-submit the pdf together with all needed source files (LaTeX, graphics, references, etc.) so that the final Conference Proceedings can be generated. The re-submission process should take no longer than three weeks.

If you have any questions regarding the Proceeding or submission process please contact the Conference Chair.
